The impacts of COVID-19 have stretched far and wide, affecting where we work, how we communicate and collaborate with colleagues, vendors, and clients, and what tools we need to be productive and effective in our roles during and post pandemic. Our research has shown that workers have real cultural and productivity concerns over having to shift to working from home, including poor team communication and camaraderie, lack of human interaction and losing motivation. This customer panel aims to identify these and other pain points real professionals have in this new norm we’re in, how they have adapted, what changes they have made, which tools and strategies they’re using to prepare for work in a post COVID-19 world, and finally what they have learned along the way.
