Your enterprise’s hybrid-office plan relies on technology, but you can’t develop your technology strategy in a vacuum. For example, we tend to separate end users into “frontline” and “knowledge workers,” and seek different technology strategies for each type of worker. Yet in many enterprises, there’s regular on-site interaction between those who must work on site full-time and those who may have the option to work remote. So how do you adapt when some knowledge workers are to be long-term remote?
