Following the killing of George Floyd and the subsequent Black Lives Matter protests, the topic of diversity and inclusion has taken on a new level of importance and urgency. While enterprises around the globe have made progress in building diverse and inclusive workforces and corporate cultures, the work has only begun. In this open networking discussion, we will discuss issues related to inclusivity and the importance of recruiting diverse talent, taking into account different genders, races, ethnicities, religious affiliations, neurodiversity, sexual orientations, gender identities, and abilities. Join the discussion to share insight and get ideas on how to move the needle on diversity and inclusion, inside and outside IT departments.
