The Amazon Chime SDK provides a programmatic way to add two-way, real-time, multi-party voice, video, and chat communications directly into your application. The Voice service enables companies with on-premises contact centers to develop their own customized applications that leverage AI/ML services like Amazon Lex, Amazon Transcribe, and Amazon Polly.
