Team collaboration is evolving beyond simple messaging to become a hub for internal and external collaboration. At the same time, team collaboration capabilities are now available in meeting and ideation apps, with each becoming sources of content with their own transcripts, chats, and content. In light of this, organizations must address new risks including unauthorized channel access, data loss prevention, and compliance, often across multiple collaboration apps, for employee, customer, and partner engagement. In this session we’ll look at the risks that these new ways of collaboration present, and successful strategies to mitigate these risks.

Takeaways:

  • Understand emerging risks as team collaboration application adoption and use evolves
  • Best practices for defining appropriate policies for team collaboration applications and enforce them across multiple apps
  • Understand how to integrate team collaboration security with overall security architectures and processes
  • Determine how End-to-End Encryption (E2EE) fits into team collaboration security
  • Gain insight into available tools for meeting security needs
