Team collaboration is evolving beyond simple messaging to become a hub for internal and external collaboration. At the same time, team collaboration capabilities are now available in meeting and ideation apps, with each becoming sources of content with their own transcripts, chats, and content. In light of this, organizations must address new risks including unauthorized channel access, data loss prevention, and compliance, often across multiple collaboration apps, for employee, customer, and partner engagement.
