The promise of a centralized digital work hub has bubbled up over the years, but has met with limited success to date. The latest version is the connected workspace, a home for getting work done as an individual and as part of team. This latter means a connected workspace not only must enable employees to accomplish their work, but communicate about and collaborate on it as needed, all the while managing it from start to finish. Artificial intelligence, automation, integration, and team chat/collaboration are crucial elements, and key differentiators from the work hubs of old. In this session, attendees will learn:

  • Core capabilities of today's connected workspace platforms
  • Where generative AI and other advances fit in
  • How collaboration vendors are approaching the connected workspace—and who they're competing against
  • How businesses are benefiting from their use of connected workspaces
