What happens to video conferencing solutions when the office makes a comeback? Results from worker surveys conducted by Wainhouse Research suggest that the role of video conferencing in business communications will be bigger than ever post-pandemic as the individuals who grew comfortable using video meetings while working remotely begin looking for ways to generate even more value from their video business meetings. But that’s not the whole story. Video conferencing recordings generate millions of hours of useful video content. But organizations are not leveraging their investments to squeeze potential value from recorded meeting content.
A new report from Wainhouse suggests video conferencing solutions will play an increasing role in enhancing communications and generating tangible business benefits. Survey results show that 88% of workers believe video is effective in communicating work-related information. Additionally, 86% of daily video conferencing users want video meetings to be recorded and archived for future use with particularly high levels of archiving interest reported by survey respondents working in the software and financial services verticals.
In this exclusive webinar Wainhouse Senior Enterprise Video Analyst, Steve Vonder Haar and Panopto’s VP of Strategic Alliances, Mike Rich will discuss:
• Meeting recording trends in the workforce
• Tactics to expand the reach and impact of meetings
• How your organization can leverage video meeting recordings to build institutional knowledge
