The future of work will be influenced by many constituencies within the enterprise – starting with employees themselves. But which enterprise organization will take the lead on driving the way employees experience this future? HR will implement policies and a vision for hybrid work; Facilities will build the environments where on-site work takes place; and last but not least, IT will build the virtual environment that connects remote workers with the office, as well as optimizing the office itself for digital collaboration. Given how vital communications technology is to hybrid work, what should IT's role be in shaping the hybrid work vision for the enterprise as a whole? In this session, industry analysts will offer their views on how different organizations within the enterprise should share responsibility for the future of work, and specifically what IT leaders should do.
