Rob is the Group Senior Vice President, CX at NTT; one of the world’s largest global IT service businesses. Rob oversees the group’s strategy and execution for CX. NTT’s CX business works with clients globally helping them create powerful connections with their customers; delivering exceptional Customer Experiences and creating tangible value and business growth as an outcome.
Prior to his current role Rob already had over twenty years’ experience in the CX arena: driving performance and transformation across some of the leading brands in the world. This has encompassed designing and running BPO operations, leading consulting engagements with the Merchants Group, to leading IT services businesses in Africa, Australia and the UK with Dimension Data.
Rob is the responsible for the NTT CX Global Benchmarking Report, which is now in its 22nd year of production and is recognised as a leading source of industry insight.
