I joined Twilio in March of 2019 and have been in the customer engagement space since 2001. Prior to joining Twilio, I spent 8 years at Interactive Intelligence / Genesys. As the contact center evolved to cloud, I was always intrigued by Twilio and the value of a CPaaS solution. I saw great potential in the Twilio platform and witnessed first-hand how customers were building on Twilio and augmenting existing premises and cloud based contact center applications. When Twilio released Flex in 2018, I knew I had to join and have enjoyed being a part of building the Twilio Flex business unit.
