Chas Bowman is a Senior Manager at Twilio, leading the North America Contact Center Solutions Engineers. Chas brings over twenty years of contact center experience and is passionate about supporting his team, working with customers and evangelizing Twilio Flex. Prior to working at Twilio, Chas was a Technical Sales Evangelist where he was responsible for creating and delivering product demonstrations for sales, marketing, and keynote presentations. Before he moved into a sales focused role, Chas designed and managed cloud contact center solutions. Outside of work, Chas enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids.
