Initially consulting with customers in a range of sectors to achieve success through ERP, then delivering CRM product innovation through strategy and collaboration.

He previously launched SAP’s Service Cloud product at the beginning of the decade and launched BMC’s Helix portfolio of IT service and operations products. Most recently Terence helped create and launch ServiceNow Customer Service Management in 2016 which was recognized by Gartner as the fastest growing enterprise CRM product at scale in 2019 and the newest Leader in the 2020 Gartner Magic Quadrant for the CRM Customer Engagement Center.
