Caitlin Clark-Zigmond is Director of B2B Product Marketing for Verizon Wireless, responsible for product marketing strategy for the B2B portfolio, new product & feature introduction, portfolio analysis, training and sales enablement strategy. She also leads a team accountable for the wireless B2B strategy, that works closely with Verizon’s corporate strategy and business development strategy teams.

Working closely with VP, Ryan O’Shea, and the executive team, Clark-Zigmond is responsible for setting the product marketing direction for Verizon Wireless’s innovative portfolio of services, including the award-winning cloud communications solution, One Talk. The portfolio she provides ongoing product marketing support for is extensive and offers customers world class mobility, 5G, security, machine to machine connectivity, and advanced communications solutions, including One Talk, Push to Talk Plus, and a robust portfolio for the public sector.

Mrs. Clark-Zigmond comes to Verizon Wireless from CoreDial, where she served as Vice President of Product Management over a diverse portfolio of unified communications, network services for indirect partners (IT VARs, Interconnects, MSPs), and before that at Comcast Business, where she served as Director and Senior Director of Product Management since 2010 for voice solutions. Her core focus, among other responsibilities, was managing the advanced voice portfolio, specifically Comcast’s Business VoiceEdge, PRI and SIP trunking. She previously worked for companies such as unified communications wholesaler, New Global Telecom (NGT) bought by Comcast Business in 2010, and enterprise collaboration and network provider, Global Crossing (now Level3). She joined Verizon Wireless with over 20 years of experience in the telecom, B2B, and unified communications industries.

Prior to Global Crossing (Level3), Clark-Zigmond was an entrepreneur and owned a large caterer in Boulder, CO for 6 years. Providing corporate and event catering and a café. She took the company from 4 people to more than 20 employees and 50+ contractors, acquired a bakery, and sold her business in 2000.

Prior to that, Clark-Zigmond was Director of Operations for Instec, Inc., a lab equipment company focused on software driven lab equipment for liquid crystal, polymer and applied materials research. She directed the organization, over saw marketing, sales and distribution strategy responsible for assembling and delivering the portfolio targeted at the forensics, biology, and applied matter fields.

Clark-Zigmond has a bachelor's science and bachelors of arts degree in International Business and Finance from American University in Washington DC.
