Scott Clarke, Senior Director of Engagement Channels Engineering, Cigna
Mr. Clarke is an IT/ Contact Center executive with deep experience managing enterprise level technology programs including contact center management, consulting, application and product development, vendor management and customer relations; predominantly in the public sector. At Maximus he served as VP of Engagement Center Technology Solutions where he led several large contact center implementations for the federal government including CDC, FEMA and VA. He was the product owner for several FEDRAMP’d solutions including MIVA, an intelligent virtual assistant. He previously worked at Verizon and brings over 30 years’ of experience evangelizing and facilitating transformation from legacy platforms to modern more customer focused solutions. Most recently he joined Cigna , as the Senior Director of Contact Channel Engineering. He is a leader in Cigna’s Contact Center transformation initiatives, evolving user experience using automation and Generative AI while streamlining and consolidating the overall contact management technical stack. Scott is based out of Maryland. He is an avid mountain biker and spends as much time outdoors as possible!
