Barry Cooper, President of the CX Division, NICE
Barry Cooper has been with NICE since 2011 and currently serves as the President of the CX Division at NICE following the merging of NICEs WEM, CCaaS and Digital businesses. Prior to this he served as the President, NICE Workforce & Customer Experience Division. Barry has more than 33 years' experience in Technology with a career spanning Software Development, Management Consulting and leading NICE to leadership in the Customer Experience domain. While at NICE Barry has held various roles including establishing Sales and Business Operations for the APAC region, establishing NICEs Cloud practice, serving as NICE Chief Operating Officer and most recently leading Product, R&D and all Customer Facing functions for the CX Division. Barry holds a First-Class Bachelor of Computer Science and Mathematics with Honors from Salford University in the United Kingdom.
