Alicia Gee, Director - PS Consulting, Verizon
Alicia Gee serves as the Senior Director of Global Consulting, Solution & Design services for the Connected Experiences (CX) practice of Verizon Business Group. A passionate thought leader in digital innovation, Alicia specializes in the integration of AI-driven automation and advanced voice security to revolutionize how enterprises interact with their customers. She leads a best-in-class team of consultants who advise Global Enterprise and Public Sector customers on complex digital transformations, integrating AI-driven automation, advance voice security, and cloud-based innovations to enhance end-to-end customer experience (CX). Prior to working with Verizon, Alicia was an Executive for a Northern California health system where she furthered innovation and digital transformation while leading IT operations.
Alicia holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS) from California State University, Sacramento, and a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University. She is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Additionally, Alicia is a member of the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME), a professional organization of Chief Information Officers (CIOs) worldwide.
