Davor Golac is a General Manager at Amazon leading Product, Engineering, and Science teams in AWS focused on building Customer Data and Engagement services that help companies and brands create engaging experiences with their end users with services such as Connect Customer Profiles, Outbound Campaigns, AWS Entity Resolution, and Amazon Personalize. Previously Head of Product for Amazon Pinpoint, Amazon Simple Email Service, and Messaging. Prior to Amazon, Davor was a Director at Microsoft focused on driving customer engagement and building innovative capabilities that drive growth for products such as Office 365 and Azure. Davor has focused his career driving value for customers by launching and growing products and services across Enterprise, SMB, and Consumer market segments. Davor holds an M.B.A from the University of Washington, and a Computer Science degree from University of Texas at Austin.
