Josh Goldlust is Genesys’ VP of Product Management for Digital Platform, with responsibilities across agent experience, self service, AI and digital channels. Prior to joining Genesys, Josh was Sr Director Product Management for Messaging at Salesforce where his team was responsible for conversational experiences over 3rd party digital messaging applications. Josh has led several other product teams launching emerging technology solutions with companies including Qvidian (acquired by Upland Software), PlumChoice (acquired by Allstate), AT&T, and Neslab Instruments (acquired by Thermo Instrument Systems). Josh holds an MBA from Boston University's School of Management and a Bachelors of Science from the University of New Hampshire. He also holds (6) patents for emerging products he co-invented. 

Josh lives just north of Boston with his wife and 3 kids. When he isn't working, he enjoys spending time in New Hampshire's White Mountains as well as running or hiking/ biking with the family.
