Josh Goldlust, VP Product Management, Genesys

As VP of Product for Digital Experiences & AI, Josh joined Genesys in Oct ’21 after spending 5 years 
in product management at Salesforce. Over his +20 years in product, Josh has led several product teams across software, services, and telecom verticals with companies such as HeyWire (acquired by 
Salesforce), Qvidian (acquired by Upland Software), PlumChoice (acquired by Allstate), AT&T and NESlab Instruments (acquired by Thermo Fisher). Josh holds an MBA from Boston University's School of Management and a Bachelors of Science from the University of New Hampshire. He also holds (6) 
patents for emerging products he co-invented.

Josh lives just north of Boston with his wife, 3 kids and golden retriever. When he isn't working, he enjoys spending time in the White Mountains of New Hampshire hiking, biking and running.
