Mike Harakal is an experienced executive with a unique blend of innovation, strategic vision, and strong process and execution skills. Throughout his career, Mike has been a passionate leader specializing in employee and leadership development, data-driven decision-making, and process mapping. As Head of Global Enablement and ROI Consulting at Acqueon, Mike leads the company’s strategy and efforts to optimize processes and outcomes across internal teams and partner ecosystems. Mike holds a B.S. from Cornell University and currently volunteers his time as an advisor and consultant to Temple University’s Fox Business School, mentoring MBA students on their Keystone projects.
