David Hart, Director Voice & Collaboration Practice, AT&T
David Hart has over 30 years' experience in the planning, architecture, design and delivery of global IT solutions. His background includes many large global Unified Communication and Voice implementations across multiple industry verticals.
David's been engaging with customers on developing global U.C. strategies and programs. Within this role, responsibilities include development of U.C. Strategies, Roadmaps, Integration Architectures, and implementation programs. Additionally, within this role David supports sales and revenue targets within the portfolio and is the subject matter expertise in client delivery.
Core areas of expertise include the following: Strategy Development, Cloud(Public & Private) U.C. Design, Cloud Services Technologies (AWS, Azure, IBM Softlayer), Voice & Video Integration, Financial Analysis – ROI/TCO Cost Justification, Project Management/Program Governance, Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Planning, Orchestration/Automation and Technology Service Development.
David has architected and deployed global U.C. solutions in over 150 countries totaling around a million seats. He is recognized as an industry U.C. expert both from a certification level and publication level. David has been guest speaker at various industry U.C. events (Lync Ignite, Voice Ignite, AT&T Summit).
Prior to joining AT&T Consulting, David was the Microsoft Practice Lead at International Network Services (INS).
David has a Bachelor of Computer Engineering (1992) from University of Bridgeport(UB) and resides in North Branford CT.
