Chad Hess is a supervisor for AdventHealth, a national healthcare organization committed to helping those we serve feel whole. He oversees the Structured Cabling and Audio Visual team for Central Florida, supporting more than 375 conference rooms across 1200 square miles. He works with the teams to grow their abilities and technical acumen. He provides strategic planning of conference room replacement forecasting, ensuring standardization across the region while targeting the unique needs of each room.

Chad is actively involved in projects to expand the reach of his small team and bring efficiencies to the organization. With 16 years of experience in audio visual technology, Chad began his career as the Technical Director of his church. He has been learning and growing in the field ever since and has earned his CTS certification.
