Maddie Koerber joined Estes Forwarding Worldwide in 2018 and serves as Chief Information Officer, leading all strategic IT initiatives for the company. In her role, she oversees the development and growth of customer, carrier and internal facing technologies with a focus on and passion for building programs and creating tools that are scalable. Prior to her role as CIO, she was responsible for EFW's large scale IT project and program management. Notable initiatives she was responsible for included the creation of a robust tracking website, efwtrack.com, that allows for real-time shipment data visibility, live chat and text message functionality. The site is visited several million times annually. She also oversaw, and continues to direct, the buildout of EFW's robust suite of APIs and microservices, which streamline customer connectivity and automation initiatives.
Maddie is a graduate of the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park and holds a PMP designation. She resides in Richmond, Virginia with her husband, dog, and cat.
