Chris Marron, Analyst, MZA
Chris joined MZA in 2017 and works as an analyst within the business communications analysis team focussed on the customer experience,customer care/contact centre and Contact Centre as a Service area of MZA’s research as well as contributing to the broader portfolio of MZA’s off-the-shelf research and consulting projects.
Chris joins MZA having spent two years working as a Project Manager at UK IT services company Capita. During his time at Capita, Chris managed new customer IT implementations across a number of vertical sectors and blue
chip UK organisations. Prior to joining Capita, Chris spent three years working as Operations Manager at an Indonesian agricultural company where his role included management of local staff, overseeing day to day
operations, finance and IT activities as well as providing business metrics and forecasting insight to the company’s senior management.
Chris graduated with a BSc Honours degree in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence from the University of Nottingham.
