Crystal Miceli serves as Vice President and Head of Product & Industry Marketing at Talkdesk, where she is focused on solving problems in CX with AI. In 30+ years in technology, she's held roles in marketing, product strategy, customer success, engineering & consulting services at companies like Cisco, BMC, Ivanti, Alida, CA Technologies and Wal-Mart. Her areas of expertise include artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, IT Service Management and customer experience. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Tulane University and an MBA with a focus on Strategy and Marketing from Louisiana State University. During her spare time, she volunteers with the Junior League of New Orleans and is getting her private pilot license.
