Mimi Nguyen, VP, Product - CCaaS, Talkdesk
Mimi is a veteran communications leader with over 18 years of experience in the contact center market with leadership roles across Product, Services, and Business Operations. Her background in these areas helps her to bring a holistic approach to Product Management and deliver great customer experiences. She currently serves as the Vice President of Product at Talkdesk and is passionate about delivering solutions that help people succeed and connect to others in meaningful ways. Prior to joining Talkdesk, Mimi helped to lead transformations and innovations at Interactive Intelligence and Genesys.
Mimi earned her degrees in Computer Technology and Telecommunications and Networking at Purdue University (Boiler Up!). She contributes to thought leadership in Product Management and Contact Center through various venues including Clubhouse, Powderkeg, and Innovatemap. Mimi calls both Porto, Portugal and Indianapolis, Indiana home.
