Tim has 20 years of marketing experience within the tech industry and 30 years of experience working for contact center and cloud software companies. Prior to MindTouch, Tim worked in senior leadership roles for global customer experience software company Interactive Intelligence (acquired by Genesys). There he was responsible for successfully launching new products contributing to significant revenue growth; incorporating Agile marketing processes to accelerate time-to-market; implementing persona-based, segmented marketing approaches to dramatically increase lead-gen; and deploying automated marketing systems to help drive digital transformation. Tim has been recognized as an expert speaker and has participated on contact center panels at trade shows around the globe.
