I have always loved telephony design and the people I have worked with, which is why I have been with Accenture since starting my journey twenty-six years ago. The company has adapted to change and unbelievable growth over that time from a few thousand to over 550,000 employees. Accenture is a leader in change and being at the forefront of technology developments. My role is to lead a global team who defines voice strategy and architecture for most of the business units. Recently I added a team of designers to integrate network and voice solutions with clients we support.
Our current goals include growing our cloud presence with telephony processing and contact centers. Keeping in step with security is a huge driver for us and our team, as well as enhancing analytics, tools, and efficiencies.
As a remote worker for more than eighteen years, I have been able to balance my home life, raising my three girls, with work responsibilities. Outside of work I enjoy cheering on my Michigan State Spartans, being outdoors, gardening, and reading.
