Tina has extensive experience in information technology and successfully delivering complex healthcare solutions such as EMR’s, Phone systems, and large-scale technology deployments, using her unique engineering and service management background. Beginning her career as a customer-centric service desk agent she progressed to become a sever engineer, and then stepped into ITIL service management, where she ran Incident, Problem, and Change management for a larger health system. Continuing her career growth, she took the role of Enterprise service desk manager, and most recently was promoted to Sr. IT Operations Manager where she leads the delivery of technology services that includes server and network services.
