Christina Primeau (CP) is the North America Lead for Applied AI Customer Engineering at Google, focusing on transforming customer experience through the power of artificial intelligence. With over 10 years at Google, CP brings a wealth of experience in helping large enterprises leverage AI to improve both employee and customer outcomes. She will be sharing insights on how to “re-tool” your team for AI success during the panel discussion. CP's expertise lies at the intersection of technology and business strategy, with a proven track record in delivering impactful AI solutions. Her team specializes in Human Augmentation and AI-Assisted Self-Service, empowering organizations to build unified, multi-modal customer experiences across all channels and enhancing self-service capabilities through intelligent contact center solutions. Prior to leading the Applied AI team, CP held various roles at Google. She holds a BA in Computer Engineering and an MBA from the University of Arizona, providing a strong foundation in both the technical and business aspects of AI implementation.
