Sundi is a  product & tech leader with 20+ years of experience working across multiple industries and geographies. Sundi has had the opportunity to build products that reinvent experiences to reduce customer pain points in CPaaS, Adtech, IoT, and Networking domains. At Microsoft, he is the Group Principal Project manager for Azure Communication Services (ACS). ACS offers communication fabric for developers building Agentic AI applications or creating novel solutions that brings together different SaaS domains (UCaaS, CCaaS) to interconnect and get more done with less.
