Alla Reznik is the head of Business Communications for Verizon's Global Products and Services group. She leads teams fulfilling the complete product life-cycle process, encompassing: concept and market placement visioning; monetization and pricing strategy, competitive analysis; technology integration; strategic vendor relations; and final development and deployment. Product and service areas managed include Unified Communications, Collaboration, and Contact Center/Customer Experience suite of services globally.
Ms. Reznik began her career with Verizon Communications Inc. in 2001. Before joining Verizon, Ms. Reznik worked at AT&T International in Washington, DC where she promoted AT&T’s business with foreign governments.
Ms. Reznik is a frequent speaker at national trade events and conferences including Enterprise Connect, Broadsoft Connections, US Telecom Forum and others. As a recognized industry thought-leader Ms. Reznik has been interviewed and quoted by major publications including WSJ, No Jitter, Computer World, TMC Magazine.
Ms. Reznik is an Advisory Board Member of SOMOS, an organization focused on enabling better customer experience. She has a Master’s degree in Management Science from New School University and telecommunications from New York University.
