Aaron leads Strategy and Transformation for Deloitte’s Internal IT Organization, reporting to Deloitte’s Chief Information Officer, with a focus on Strategy, Transformation, and Infrastructure Operations. Over the past 15 years he’s key strategic efforts including Deloitte’s Video First strategy – which enabled the firm to virtualize in four days during the pandemic, Deloitte M&A IT Infrastructure Integration, key technology real-estate activates including Deloitte University, USI’s Hyderabad Campus, Deloitte Greenhouse, and most recently the Future of Work (Hybrid & Return-to Office).  His deep background in real-estate technology and infrastructure continues to drive the customer experience in the office, modern workplace, and remote experiences within the Deloitte professional daily interactions.  Over his career in Deloitte, he has been the key decision maker for all technology supporting over 15 million SqFt of space.

Aaron is a key influencer with many UC&C/Productivity SaaS platforms and industry manufactures.  Aaron sits on numerous industry specific advisory boards and maintains close relationships with many of the top leaders within the industry.

Aaron’s entrepreneurial spirit and deep understanding of the technology industry has led him to pioneer an industry (Telepresence), multiple successful exits, and placed him in transformative leadership roles; building managed service providers for some of the largest organizations in the world.
