Harald Schirmer, who has been with the Continental Corporation since 1989, is responsible for Digital Transformation & Change in the Group Human Resources function. As a cross-mover, he has been involved in development, quality, project management and IT, and has been working in the HR sector since 2011. His passion is sustainable organizational development with modern participation formats at eye level. As an ambassador, speaker, and above all as a role model, he represents new change approaches, a modern, network-based and intercultural understanding of leadership for the digital age. Responsible for "New Work" since 2017 – e.g., for the introduction of the cloud-based O365 landscape, development of concepts in dealing with evergreen as well as development of a global network organization.
