Venkitesh Subramanian (Venki) is Head of Inbound Product Management for Customer Service Management at ServiceNow. He manages a portfolio of products including Customer Service, Field Service, Knowledge Management and Customer Communities. Venki has a track record of successfully introducing and growing multiple cloud and mobile-based customer engagement and customer service solutions to the market, defining product and go-to-market strategy, and working with strategic customers on their business transformation initiatives. His experience spans several categories of Enterprise Software applications like Customer Engagement, Supply Chain Management, Social and Mobile, Data Management and Synchronization, and Application Integration. He has an M.S. in Software Engineering and an MBA in Marketing and Finance.
