Susan Terry, GVP for Avaya, Avaya
Susan is a GVP for Avaya, leading an organization focused on Portfolio Maximization. Susan and her team lead go-to-market efforts at both an organization and customer engagement level, ensuring that Avaya products and services are aligned to the current and future requirements of the customers we serve. P and that Avaya sales teams have the support they need to developing solutions provide a customer with an impactful journey to their CX outcomes. Susan’s Portfolio Maximization team provides 360 degree support and influence to the global go-to-market teams and the field sales organization that enable Avaya’s best in class methodologies for CX journeys and innovation.
Prior to the Portfolio Maximization assignment, Susan led Avaya’s North American Cloud Specialist organization for 4 years, serving as the point of Avaya’s effort to establish UC/CC/CX presence and cloud market share. Outside of Avaya, she served as the VP Intl VAR Channel for inContact, as well as a VP of Product Management for CTIGroup where she sold and managed the delivery of an OEM multi-tenant contact center platform for Broadsoft.
Susan lives in Chicago, is active with WIT (Women in Technology) at the College and University level and supports various charitable organizations in her River North community.
