Tom Tseki is the vice president of North America at TechSee.Tom is a contact center industry veteran, and his experience and expertise include helping Fortune 500 organizations implement and leverage omnichannel customer care strategies to improve CX while reducing cost through contact center efficiencies. He has a deep background in contact center technology as it relates to customer interactions, analytics, and workforce optimization. Prior to joining TechSee, he managed a very large contact center where he was responsible for all aspects of a business unit including the contact center operations. Today he works closely with contact center and product executives on strategies to increase self-service, grow revenue, and improve CX.
