Priti is the Head of Americas for Verizon's Connected Customer Experiences Team, a product ambassador, and a strategic thinker who cares about delivering results. She is practical with execution and achieving ambitious goals with her teams.
Priti has 25+ years in consulting, designing, and delivering customer business outcomes. With twenty years in networking, centralized and distributed cloud deployments, workplace collaboration, and private edge networks, she has led the development of numerous technology strategies with Cisco, Ring Central, Zoom, and Microsoft. She now leads a team of the industry's most innovative thought leaders and creative strategic thinkers in delivering Connected Customer Experiences to Verizon's largest global customers. Priti also spent three years with leading industry tech partners helping to deliver computing, storage, and networking solutions. With a focus on product strategy, development, and go-to-market synergies, Priti has extensive experience ensuring organizations can capitalize on the best technology needs to achieve the highest returns.
Priti is passionate about travel, technology, and teaching. She is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a BS in Biomedical Engineering and has a passion for customer success and delivering a superb customer experience.
