Ben Vesta, VP Engineering, Five9
Ben has over 25 years of experience in the contact center industry, specializing in voice engineering, call routing strategies, and analytics. He began his career developing call routing solutions at America Online (1997–1998) and First Union/Wachovia Bank (1998–2006) before co-founding Aceyus in 2006, a leading provider of contact center reporting and analytics solutions.
For 17 years, Ben led Aceyus' engineering team, driving innovation and product development. In 2023, Aceyus was acquired by Five9, where he now serves as Vice President of Engineering, focusing on the continued growth and expansion of the Aceyus portfolio.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Ben has been married for nearly 28 years and has two grown daughters. He is passionate about world history, an avid collector of swords and medieval weaponry, and enjoys spending time outdoors.
