Meera Vaidyanathan is Vice President of Product Management at Twilio, Inc. An accomplished product leader with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and a proven track record of achieving outstanding results, Meera has more than two decades of leadership experience across diverse business landscapes, ranging from start-ups to midsize companies and Fortune 500 enterprises. At Twilio, Meera leads product and design for one of Twilio's fastest-growing products, Flex, a digital engagement solution for sales and support.
Prior to Twilio, Meera was at Amazon where she let strategy and product development for AWS's portfolio of low- and no-code products, and served as the General Manager at Amazon Education, where she led teams in creating and delivering educational products that had a profound impact on tens of millions of K-12 students in the United States.
