Craig Youngs, Portfolio Director | Unified Communications, Brigham Young University
Craig has been in the technology field for 28 years and has worked in various industries including manufacturing, financial services/banking, and education. During that time he has implemented enterprise solutions and helped shape corporate strategy relating to technology. He is currently the Portfolio Director for Unified Communications at Brigham Young University, with product ownership of telephony solutions (UCaaS and CCaaS), email platforms and mass communication, collaboration tools, and radios. Prior to joining BYU, Craig was the Director of IT for two K-12 school districts in southwest Michigan and northern Indiana, a VP/CIO for the Notre Dame Federal Credit Union, and an Application Specialist for the LECO corporation where he assisted with the migration of global subsidiaries to a modern SAP Business One platform. He has both an MBA and a Masters of Science in the Management of Information Technology from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business finance from BYU. He currently lives in Provo, UT with his wife Tammy, and has four adult children.
