Rich Bayes, Product Management Leader, Cisco
Rich Bayes leads Product Management for Video Devices and Workplace Orchestration within Cisco Collaboration Devices group, where he focuses on creating connected, team-centric experiences that unlock the full potential of the workplace. Having joined Cisco in 2018 after previously working with Cisco technologies as a partner and consultant, Rich brings a deep understanding of both customer needs and product innovation. Beyond work, he’s passionate about cooking, traveling, and sports. Rich holds an Engineering degree in Cybersecurity from Staffordshire University in the UK and lives in Oslo Norway.
