Mila D’Antonio is a principal analyst in Ovum’s Customer Engagement practice where she focuses on the technology that enables intelligent, connected enterprise customer engagement. Her recent coverage has included customer engagement platforms, AI-powered marketing and service platforms, digital transformation, and conversational AI.
Prior to joining Ovum in January 2017, Mila served as editor-in-chief at 1to1 Media, where she led the editorial direction of the award-winning publication. She’s also worked at CRM Magazine and was a reporter for a couple different daily newspapers in the northeast where she enjoyed investigative reporting.
Mila contributes regular columns to publications including Marketing Insights and Retail Executive Magazine where she also serves on the board. She has received numerous industry awards for her prior coverage of the customer experience category, and most recently, she was included in ARInsights’ Architect Analyst Power 100 list. Mila is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, and lives in Connecticut with her husband and daughter.
