At White & Case, Riccardo Germano leads global hardware standards and collaboration infrastructure so hybrid meetings and calling work consistently across regions, offices, and device fleets. With 25 plus years in collaboration and communications, he operates at the intersection of strategy and execution, standardizing end user hardware, modernizing meeting and calling experiences, and building the operating model that keeps it sustainable at scale. His work includes driving infrastructure excellence across a multi region footprint; standing up a structured global team model with a hardware standards lead and category managers that moves fast without chaos; procuring and validating devices across 46 locations while aligning with asset management for clean lifecycle data; building repeatable testing and documentation practices that reduce surprises in production; managing vendor relationships and commercial conversations with key partners including Lenovo, Logitech, and Cisco; and supporting the broader collaboration stack from video rooms to conferencing platforms to calling so the experience stays consistent whether users are in office, remote, or moving between the two. A dual CCIE and IEEE Senior Member, Riccardo is known for translating big roadmap ideas into practical standards, governance, and day two operations that hold up in the real world.
