The rise of agentic AI has created an exciting world where AI agents are able complete tasks on behalf of us. However, very few tasks will involve a single agent or process. This will require Agentic AI agents to converse and interact with other agents, creating new challenges. While emerging protocols such as A2A (Agent to Agent) and MCP (Model Context Protocol) promise to bring interoperability, they are also conflicting proposed standards. Also, these standards do little to address the security of a world where agentic agents will freely talk to others. This session will look at the opportunities in agent-to-agent communications but also, the new risks it introduces. You’ll come away with a better understanding of how to implement Agentic AI with your eyes open.
