Ashish Seth is Vice President - Product Management, delivering AI-first omnichannel engagement that brings humans and AI agents together to deliver awesome customer experiences. Prior to joining Salesforce, he was Vice President of Customer Experience at RingCentral, Inc, responsible for product strategy and roadmap execution for the RingCentral Contact Center portfolio. Prior to RingCentral, he served as Vice President for Product Management at NICE Systems, Inc. helping launch the CXone Contact Center Suite. His expertise spans Contact Centers, CRM, Digital Engagement and Communication systems and has held leadership roles in Product Management, Consulting and Engineering at Oracle, KPMG Consulting as well as Private Equity & venture backed startups. His career journey includes his own entrepreneurial venture - CloudSquads, Inc. - that helped enterprises build online customer communities for customer service and support.
