Pronouns: She/Her Sinead is a 30-year veteran of the IT industry with a focus of enterprise transformation using next generation technology. Hailing originally from Ireland, Sinead has spend the last 23 years in the United States making her home in Oak Park, IL. She had delivered transformation initiatives in Unified Communications as a Service, Collaboration, Telepresence, Process Automation and Contact Center as a Service for enterprises such as Lucent Technologies, UBS, Adtalem Global Education and Johnson Controls International. Since 2016, her focus has been in Customer Journey transformation using CCAAS solutions such as Omnichannel, Automated Dialer, Quality Management, Workforce Optimization, Analytics, Intelligent Automation and Artificial Intelligence. She is an advocate for women in technology and building better life experiences for persons with disabilities.
