His current work focuses on MiraCloud, removing the rigidity of legacy service models and replacing them with agile, subscription-based structures that allow enterprises to absorb change and accelerate innovation across any major CCaaS or cloud platform.
Erik’s core expertise lies at the intersection of AI innovation and practical service delivery, specializing in customer experience strategy, automation, and technical services management.
