Lucy Gillam, Chief Commercial Officer, Informa Connect
Lucy Gillam joined Informa Connect as Chief Commercial Officer in October 2021. She is responsible for driving Revenue Performance and Sales Effectiveness across the organisation, with a focus on delivering high-yield growth and enhanced customer value.
Lucy began her career as a Conference Producer before moving into Sales, Brand and Strategy leadership roles; over her events and media career, she has led global event brand launches across Europe, Asia & the Americas as well as the launch of new data and digital products. Lucy is also a member of the ‘One Informa’ executive leadership team overseeing a programme of enterprise-wide change incorporating technology, platform and product development. She is an Oxford University graduate and holds a Business Sustainability certification from the University of Cambridge Sustainability Institute (CISL).
