Arthi Kasturirangan is Vice President of AI Engineering, leading the design and delivery of enterprise-scale AI systems across data enablement, platform engineering, innovation, and governance. Her work centers on translating AI strategy into secure, production-grade solutions that deliver measurable business impact. With more than two decades of experience, Arthi has built and scaled data, analytics, and AI platforms for Fortune 500 companies across multiple industries. She has held senior leadership and architecture roles, guiding organizations through the full lifecycle of AI adoption, from foundational data architecture and platform modernization to operationalizing intelligent and generative AI systems in the cloud. Her approach emphasizes scalability, trust, and responsible engineering as essential enablers of successful AI adoption. Arthi holds a Master of Science in Computer Science (by research) and a Master of Science in Mathematics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, where she was also a gold medalist.
