Chris Morrissey is the General Manager, Zoom Customer Experience—where he leads the go-to-market strategy and execution for Zoom CX since joining in 2023. With a passion for partnering with business leaders and consultants, Chris helps brands deliver exceptional customer experiences. His extensive career spans over 25 years in business strategy, sales, and partner development. Prior to Zoom, Chris spent over 7 years at NICE, leading sales and channel partner teams across US and international markets. He joined NICE in 2016 following their acquisition of VPI, a leader in workforce engagement solutions, where he served as President. Chris's professional journey also includes time at Deloitte in their valuation services practice. When not traveling the world to collaborate with team members, partners, and customers, Chris calls Southern California home.
